The Medium density fiber/Furniture industry along the Zaria-Kano way is a development proposal composed by myself as part of the 400level Architectural Design Studio. The purpose of the design is to assist the government in providing employment for the towering amount of Nigerian youths that are unemployed. Having Sustainability as a key factor in this design, considering the raw materials to be processed in the factory, without jeopardizing trees and the forest as a whole.
This design project, developed in fulfillment of the ABU’s (Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria) Bachelors of Science (Architecture) requirements is approached from the standpoint of an architect-developer and features a building design. The Entertainment complex project is composed of six floors which comprises of commercial spaces such as shops, cinemas, lounges, a banking hall, pharmacy etc. The development works at uniting social and environmental values.
I designed Diy’s Entertainment Complex with a futuristic approach to enable it stand the test of time. Diy’s Entertainment Complex is conceived with an idea of masterpiece for affluence, comfort, and elegance away from the busy and noisy environment of the city center. Fully endowed with social amenities, giving it the full required facilities to be called a world class entertainment center.
This contemporary modern Architecture of a Nigerian residential design(5-bedroom duplex) is designed to suit the profile of a young family looking to purchase an energy efficient home with a combination of modern & traditional exterior and modern interiors, it provides residents with exceptional views of the immediate outdoor (environment).

The ground floor consists of the living and dining area, the kitchen, and 2 bedrooms, while the upper floor features the master bedroom, other rooms and a covered outdoor space Leveraging natural systems to produce open, airy, light-filled interiors. Designed and detailed exclusively in Revit.
